Gama Paz

Owner & VP Operations

Since 2001, Gama Paz has built and renovated extraordinary custom homes, earning a reputation for quality of construction, personal service, and stellar integrity.

Along the way to becoming a math teacher, Gama was introduced to the world of construction and custom home building and never looked back, even working with Operation Finally Home to build mortgage-free homes for wounded veterans.

Despite his over two decades of experience and his deep knowledge of construction, Gama believes the most important part of building luxury homes is building a relationship with the client. He is guided daily by his commitment to bringing trust, integrity, and transparency to the building experience.

Gama and his wife Stephanie are the proud parents of six wonderful children.


 
 
 

Charles Smith

Owner & President

Since 2016, Charles Smith has owned and managed a successful remodeling company. Prior to that Charles worked in the oilfield for 20 years in roles such as General Manager & Sr VP (TSC Offshore), Rig Manager (Noble Drilling and Hercules Offshore) & VP Sales at Inquest, Inc. Has worked on projects from 30-300 Million.

Charles Graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in 1997 and served in the US Navy Reserves for 8 years being honorably discharged as a Lieutenant. He also received his MBA from Tulane University in 2004. Focused on Financial and Business Management.

Charles has 2 amazing kids: 18yr old Daughter (Lauren) currently freshman at LeTourneau University studying Bio-Mechanical Engineering and playing Division III women’s basketball. Also a 14yr old Son currently a freshman at CY Fair high school and plays on the baseball team.
