Owner & VP Operations
Since 2001, Gama Paz has built and renovated extraordinary custom homes, earning a reputation for quality of construction, personal service, and stellar integrity.
Along the way to becoming a math teacher, Gama was introduced to the world of construction and custom home building and never looked back, even working with Operation Finally Home to build mortgage-free homes for wounded veterans.
Despite his over two decades of experience and his deep knowledge of construction, Gama believes the most important part of building luxury homes is building a relationship with the client. He is guided daily by his commitment to bringing trust, integrity, and transparency to the building experience.

Charles Smith
Owner & President
Since 2016, Charles Smith has owned and managed a successful remodeling company. Prior to that Charles worked in the oilfield for 20 years in roles such as General Manager & Sr VP (TSC Offshore), Rig Manager (Noble Drilling and Hercules Offshore) & VP Sales at Inquest, Inc. Has worked on projects from 30-300 Million.
Charles Graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in 1997 and served in the US Navy Reserves for 8 years being honorably discharged as a Lieutenant. He also received his MBA from Tulane University in 2004. Focused on Financial and Business Management.
Charles has a 21 year old Daughter (Lauren) currently a senior at LeTourneau University studying Bio-Mechanical Engineering. Charles Smith late son Collin died suddenly in April 2024.

Giving Back to the community
In honor of Charles Smith’s late son, Collin, a nonprofit organization was founded to commemorate his memory and legacy. The primary focus of this scholarship program is on promoting various trades and enhancing trade education opportunities for individuals in need within the community.
